Daniel (and the entire staff at the back of the store in the accessory/parts department, as well as as Brian, in the finance department) were polite, professional, and encouraging. I am older, 64 year old female, and thought I might look a little silly making a quad purchase for the first time. Everyone made me feel welcome and supported like I belonged in the store.
