Nevil was my sales guy.. he was beyond cool,, very polite,, very patient and very informative.. after I purchased my bike he ran through the phone app.. where all the filters are and more .. nevil has been one of the best customer service person Ive come across in a while.. he in no way made me feel dumb to all the new technology.. thank you nevil I already gave his card to a few friends
